The 3rd Internet based FIDE Seminar for International Organizers took place on 25-28 November, 2013.

Lecturer was IO Theodoros Tsorbatzoglou and technical organizer was Michail Prevenios.

14 participants succeeded in the final test and were granted the IO Norm.
