An International Organizer Seminar will be held during the XV Central American and Caribbean Youth Chess Festival in Panama with the idea to help organizers know how to handle an International Event and regulations necessary so the event get an official proper organization.
1. Participation
Up to 20 participants (by priority) from all Continents from spanish speaking countries. Deadline for registrations is August 10th 2017.

• Saturday, 12th August, 15:00 to 20:00
• Sunday, 13th August, 8:00 to 13:00
• Monday 14st August, 8:00 to 13:00

Regulations Events Commission (General Regulations, Events Regulations, Bid Procedure) • Events’ Management • FIDE Identity & Sponsorship guidelines • Ratings and Titles – Tournament Conditions.

9. International Organizers Titles Regulations
Successful Seminar attendees will be granted a FIDE IO Norm necessary for the FIDE IO title application.
