IO Seminar in Spanish..

FIDE Events Commission organized IO seminar in Spanish for Latin America countries from February 18 to February 21, 2021.  

 IO Jose Carrillo and IO Stanley Gomez were the lecturers and some guests were invited, such as: Ozgur Solakoglu (Chairperson of Events Commission), IO Beatriz Marinelo, Laurent Fryed (Chairperson of Arbiters Commission). FIDE President Arkady Dvorkovich addressed a few words to the participants at the final day.  

 The main topics covered during the seminar were the Events Manual, the new regulations on FIDE online tournaments and hybrid tournaments.  

 The Events Commission invited 1 participant per country and 10 ladies free of charge.  

In general, there were 43 attendees from 13 countries. All participants successfully passed the exams.
