FIDE Seminar for International Organizers in Moscow, Russia – Results
FIDE Seminar for International Organizers was organized by the Chess Federation of Russia under the auspices of the FIDE Events Commission (EVE) during the XVI Moscow Open 2020 International Chess Cup on January 30 – February 02, 2020. The objective was to train and certify Organizers of international chess events in compliance with FIDE regulations. Attendees who passed an exam will be awarded a FIDE EVE Norm necessary for a FIDE IO title application.
The seminar was given in the Russian language by Lecturer Vadim Tsypin(CAN) IA,IO and Assistant Lecturer Alexander Tkachev (RUS), IA, IO, CFR Deputy Executive Director, CFR Titles Administrator.
Twenty six (26) persons from three (3) federations (RUS, UZB, KAZ) attended the seminar. All twenty six (26) attendees attempted to pass an exam. Twenty one (21) persons successfully passed the exam, having achieved a score of 80% or more.
