Will host a International Organizer Seminar during Zonal 2.4 with the idea of help organizers know how to handle an International Event and the things and regulations necessary so the event get a proper stand.
1. Participation
Up to 20 participants (by priority) from all Continents from Portuguese native speaking Countries. Deadline for registrations is 26th April 2017.
2. Schedule
• Saturday, 29th April, 1pm to 5pm, Seminar (Part1)
• Sunday, 30th April, 9am to 1pm, Seminar (Part2)
• Monday, 1st May, 8am to 12am, Seminar (Part3)
• Monday 1st May, 18pm to 21 am, Examination test.

Hotel Praia Brava – FlorianГіpolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

Regulations Events Commission (General Regulations, Events Regulations, Bid Procedure) • Events’ Management • FIDE Identity & Sponsorship guidelines.• Ratings and Titles – Tournament Conditions.
5. Costs/Fees

6. Lecturers
The lecturer will be IO GM Darcy Lima (President of Brazilian Chess)
Assistant lecturer will be IO IA CM Kaiser Luiz Mafra (Organize of Floripa Chess Open)
7. Language
The seminar will be held by the Portuguese language.

9. International Organizers Titles Regulations
Successful Seminar attendees will be granted a FIDE IO Norm necessary for the FIDE IO title application.
